Payout privacy at a glance

• PayPal payouts do not require identity verification. We store the PayPal email you connect so we can send your payout and prevent the same destination from being used across accounts.

• Bank and cryptocurrency payouts require onboarding with Bridge and Know Your Customer (“KYC”) identity verification through Persona.

• Feedbacked does not store your raw bank-account credentials, government-ID images, selfies, or biometric scans. Bank details pass through our service to Bridge, and identity materials are collected in the provider-hosted KYC flow.

1. Introduction and scope

Feedbacked (“Feedbacked,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a platform operated from Florida, United States. It connects Clients, who commission surveys about their products, with Reviewers, who complete those surveys for earnings.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use the Feedbacked website, account areas, survey builder, reviewer experience, support channels, and related services. A third-party website or hosted provider flow is also subject to that provider's own privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile information. We collect information such as your username, email address, account type, and account-creation and verification timestamps. Clients also provide a company name. We may record the country in which an account was registered and basic device details, such as device category and operating system. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, not in plain text.

Survey and product information. Clients provide product names, links, logos, survey questions, instructions, screening or verification criteria, promotion details, and purchase quantities. Reviewers provide survey answers, free-text feedback, submission timestamps, and related completion records. We also maintain quality-check results, resubmission hints, strikes, and other records needed to validate responses and administer earnings.

Client checkout information. Stripe processes paid Client checkouts. We provide Stripe with information needed to create the checkout, such as the Client's email, purchase description, amount, and currency. We receive and retain transaction references, payment status, amounts, currency, and related fulfillment records. Feedbacked does not receive or store full payment-card numbers entered into Stripe's payment interface.

Reviewer earnings and payout records. We maintain balances, payout-method connection status, cashout requests, amounts, currencies, dates, provider references, failures, and transaction history so we can administer and reconcile payouts.

PayPal payout information. If you connect PayPal, we store the normalized PayPal email you provide. We also store a keyed, one-way value derived from that email to detect reuse across Feedbacked accounts. PayPal does not require Feedbacked's Bridge and Persona identity-verification flow, but each PayPal payout request remains subject to Feedbacked's manual review.

Bank information is passed through, not stored by Feedbacked. When you connect a Bridge-backed bank method, the information required for that rail may include your account-holder name, address, bank name, routing and account numbers, IBAN or BIC, sort code, CLABE, Pix or Bre-B key, phone number, or a rail-specific identification number. Feedbacked transmits this information through our service to Bridge to create your payout destination, but does not persist the raw bank credentials or raw rail-specific identifiers in our application database.

We retain the Bridge external-account reference, connection status, selected rail, and keyed one-way values derived from certain payout identifiers for duplicate-account and fraud prevention. Those one-way values are not bank credentials and cannot be used to initiate a transfer.

Cryptocurrency payout information. If you connect a cryptocurrency method, we store the selected network, the public wallet address you provide, and a keyed one-way value used for duplicate detection. We never ask for or store your wallet seed phrase or private key. Cryptocurrency wallet addresses and completed blockchain transactions may be publicly visible and, by design, cannot generally be deleted from the blockchain.

Bridge and Persona onboarding information. If you enable bank or cryptocurrency payouts, we provide Bridge with your Feedbacked account email and a customer reference so it can create or resume an individual payout profile. Bridge's KYC flow, powered by Persona, may ask you for your legal name, address, birth date, government-issued identifiers or documents, a selfie or video, and biometric information with any consent required by law.

Feedbacked does not receive or store the government-ID images, selfies, videos, or biometric scans submitted in that hosted flow. We do receive and store limited onboarding information from Bridge, such as your Bridge customer reference, hosted onboarding links, KYC and Terms-acceptance status, verified first and last name, timestamps, and rejection or compliance information needed to explain a result, prevent duplicate identities, and determine payout eligibility.

Communications and support. We collect messages you send us, along with the name, email address, account context, and optional images or text-file bundles you attach. We also record whether you opt in to Reviewer email notifications. If you subscribe, we store your email and basic device category information until you unsubscribe or your account is deleted.

Technical, security, and attribution information. We collect or generate IP addresses, approximate country or region, timestamps, browser and device information, session and security events, error and performance logs, feature events, referral relationships, and the campaign or source that directed you to Feedbacked. We may receive transaction or verification status information from payout, identity, and checkout providers.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Create, authenticate, secure, and support accounts.

• Operate surveys, match eligible Reviewers, validate responses, deliver results, and calculate earnings.

• Process Client purchases and Reviewer payouts, reconcile transactions, and provide transaction history.

• Complete KYC and compliance onboarding for Bridge-backed payout methods and maintain your provider connection status.

• Detect duplicate accounts, suspicious payout destinations, abuse, fraud, and violations of our terms.

• Send account, survey, support, security, and transaction communications, plus optional notifications you request.

• Measure performance, troubleshoot errors, understand how users found the Platform, and improve our services.

• Enforce agreements, resolve disputes, protect users and the public, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. Feedbacked does not use personal information to serve targeted advertisements or allow third parties to advertise to you on the Platform.

4. Automated review of survey responses

Feedbacked uses automated systems, including an artificial intelligence model accessed through Amazon Bedrock, to evaluate free-text survey responses for relevance, authenticity, quality, suspected AI-generated content, and whether the response satisfies a Client's hidden verification criteria. The relevant survey question, response, verification criteria, and any prior resubmission hint may be processed for this purpose; the prompt sent for this check does not include the Reviewer's username or email.

These checks may accept a response, ask for a resubmission, record a strike, reject a submission, or contribute to an account or survey restriction. Because acceptance affects Reviewer earnings, contact us if you believe a result was reached in error.

5. When we disclose information

We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to the following recipients:

Clients. We provide the Client who commissioned a survey with the submitted survey content and related non-identifying result information. We do not include the Reviewer's Feedbacked username, email, payout information, or identity-verification information in the delivered survey results.

Bridge and its partners. Bridge handles onboarding and bank or cryptocurrency payouts. We disclose the information required to create your profile, assess eligibility, connect payout destinations, screen transactions, and send payouts. Bridge may disclose information to its identity, banking, payment-network, compliance, and other service providers as described in the privacy policy applicable to your location. Review the Bridge Legal overview.

Persona. Persona provides the hosted KYC identity-verification experience used by Bridge and processes the identity, device, fraud, document, selfie, and biometric information required for the configured check. Review Persona's Processor Privacy Policy.

PayPal. For a PayPal payout, we provide PayPal with the recipient email, payout amount, currency, and information needed to process and reconcile the transaction. PayPal handles that information under its Privacy Statement.

Stripe. Stripe processes Client checkout and payment information. Stripe is not Feedbacked's identity-verification or Reviewer payout provider. Stripe may collect payment, transaction, device, and fraud-prevention information through its checkout interface as described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Amazon Web Services. We use AWS for infrastructure functions including hosting, databases, file storage, email delivery, encryption and security, operational telemetry, and automated response review through Amazon Bedrock. AWS processes this customer content on our behalf under our service arrangement. Learn more in the AWS Privacy Notice.

Google Places. When you type into the address-autocomplete field while connecting a bank payout method, your query and technical request information are sent to Google so it can return address suggestions. Google's handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Legal, safety, and business events. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; enforce our agreements; investigate fraud or security incidents; protect Feedbacked, our users, or others; or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction. We may also disclose information at your direction or with your permission.

6. Cookies and local storage

Feedbacked uses essential authentication cookies to keep you signed in, refresh your session, and secure account requests. We also use browser local storage for functions such as currency and interface preferences, referral or campaign attribution, and a draft of contact-form fields so they can survive a refresh. These technologies are used to operate the Platform, remember choices, prevent abuse, and understand account acquisition; Feedbacked does not use them for third-party targeted advertising.

Provider-hosted or embedded services, including Stripe, Google Places, Bridge, Persona, and PayPal, may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using account features. You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may remove saved preferences or form drafts.

7. Reviewer anonymity and third-party products

Feedbacked is designed to deliver survey results without the Reviewer's Feedbacked identity. Clients do not receive your Feedbacked account details, payout destinations, or KYC records as part of survey results. Do not include identifying or sensitive information in a response unless you intend for the Client to see it.

Surveys may direct Reviewers to a Client's website, app, app-store listing, or other third-party service. The Client or third party may independently collect device, account, or usage information when you visit or test its product. Feedbacked does not control those practices, so review that party's privacy policy before providing information.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including one-way password hashing, encryption in transit, keyed one-way values for duplicate-payout detection, restricted production access, and provider references in place of retained raw bank credentials. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Keep your password, email account, payout accounts, hosted onboarding links, and cryptocurrency-wallet credentials secure. Feedbacked will never need your wallet seed phrase or private key to issue a payout.

9. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, administer active surveys and payouts, preserve transaction and consent records, prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and compliance requirements. The period varies by data type and why it was collected.

When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify associated information where reasonably possible, subject to outstanding surveys or payouts, required records, security and fraud-prevention needs, backups, and other lawful exceptions. Provider-held data is subject to the provider's own retention requirements. Public blockchain records cannot be erased by Feedbacked.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information; to learn about how it is used or disclosed; to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or to appeal a denied request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

You can update certain account or payout information in your account, unsubscribe from optional Reviewer notifications through the Platform, or contact us to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. A request may be limited where an exception applies, including when information must be retained for legal, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

11. International data transfers

Feedbacked is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers or their partners operate. Those countries may have data protection laws different from the laws where you live. Where required, we and our providers use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. Age requirement

The Platform is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, when appropriate or required, give additional notice through the Platform or by email.
