Payout Requirements
Feedbacked allows reviewers to cash out their survey earnings through multiple methods once they have met certain criteria. These criteria and account requirements are outlined on this page.
Where payouts happen
Payouts are started from the reviewer dashboard. The cashout tile shows the amount available to redeem, whether identity verification has passed, and whether a payout method has been connected.
Dashboard cashout state
The dashboard shows the available balance, identity state, payout-method controls, and the Redeem action in one place.
Before requesting a payout
You have verified earnings
Only survey responses that pass Feedbacked's verification process become payable. Responses that are fabricated, copied, AI-generated, or unrelated to real product use are not paid.
You have completed enough surveys
You need at least 3 completed surveys since your last cashout before redeeming again.
You have a connected payout method
You must have a payout method connected. Learn more about available options on the payout methods page.
Your identity is verified
Reviewers must provide a valid form of identity verification and a selfie through Stripe-hosted identity verification. See more on identity verification below.
Your selected method is eligible
Some payout rails have amount or country limits. For example, domestic wire requires at least $10, and international wire requires at least $16 because the $15 wire fee is deducted from the payout.
Identity verification
Identity verification is a one-time requirement before receiving a payout. Reviewers complete this check through Stripe-hosted identity verification by providing a valid identity document and a selfie.
Feedbacked uses identity checks to help enforce one account per person and reduce payout fraud. Feedbacked does not store your verification data. If the same identity has already been verified on another account, the second account will be denied and will not be able to cash out.
Payout methods and minimums
The exact cashout path depends on which payout methods are connected. Requirements for each are outlined in the following diagram.
Method-specific requirements
ACH transfer
US bank accounts
Minimum
No dollar minimum beyond the 3-survey cashout requirement
Timing
Usually 1-2 business days
ACH is the default bank path when a US bank account supports it.
Domestic wire
US bank accounts that support domestic wire
Minimum
$10 minimum
Timing
Usually 1-2 business days
Domestic wire appears as a bank payout option only when the account supports it and the balance meets the minimum.
International wire
Supported non-US bank accounts with IBAN and SWIFT
Minimum
$16 minimum
Timing
Manually reviewed, then usually 1-3 business days
The connected bank must support IBAN and SWIFT to use international wire. The $15 wire fee is deducted from the payout. Reviewers can choose USD with no conversion, or a supported local currency with a 1% conversion fee.
PayPal
Supported countries
Minimum
No dollar minimum beyond the 3-survey cashout requirement
Timing
Usually 4-6 days after manual review
PayPal pays to the connected PayPal email. Each PayPal email can only be connected to one Feedbacked account.
When a payout is blocked
If Redeem cannot continue, the dashboard displays the missing requirement or an error state. If a payout request fails during processing, the balance is not affected.
If Redeem does not proceed
The dashboard points to the missing requirement
No balance
If your available balance is zero, the dashboard will tell you there is nothing to cash out yet.
Not enough surveys
If you have fewer than 3 eligible surveys since your last cashout, the Redeem action stays blocked and shows your progress.
No payout method
If PayPal or bank details are not connected, the flow sends you to Add Payout Method first.
Identity not verified
If your identity check has not passed, cashout pauses until verification is complete.
Method-specific minimum
International wire needs at least $16 unless PayPal is connected as an alternative. Domestic wire needs at least $10.
Processing failure
If a payout cannot be processed, Feedbacked shows an error and does not reduce your balance.
Payout details and privacy
PayPal payouts use the connected PayPal email. Bank payouts require the information needed for the selected rail, such as account holder name, routing and account number, address, IBAN, or SWIFT details. Feedbacked does not store bank account numbers or routing numbers; that information is passed to the payout provider for processing.
