Payout Methods
Testers can cash out their Feedbacked earnings through a bank transfer or PayPal. The methods available to you depend on your country and the amount in your balance.

ACH transfer
United States onlyUS-based testers can send their earnings directly to a bank account using a routing number and account number. ACH payouts are processed automatically.

United States onlyUS-based testers can also cash out to a bank account by domestic wire. A routing number and account number are required, and payouts are processed automatically.

International wire transfer
Outside the United StatesEligible testers outside the United States can receive a payout to a bank account that supports IBAN and SWIFT. The $15 wire fee is deducted from each payout. Choosing to receive funds in a local currency adds a 1% conversion fee. Because international wires are reviewed manually, they may take longer to process.

Available in supported countriesTesters can cash out to the email address connected to their PayPal account. PayPal issues the funds in the receiving currency configured on that account. Because PayPal payouts are reviewed manually, they may take longer to process.

Before requesting a payout
Make sure the bank or PayPal details you provide are correct and belong to you. Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the receiving institution, your country, and whether the payout requires manual review.
